Children’s play

The app requires no child account and includes no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, chat, location access, camera access, or photo uploads. It does not record or listen to children.

Information on your device

Profile nicknames, settings, drawings, and saved inquiry drafts stay in the app’s storage on your device. This storage is excluded from device backups and does not sync across devices. Parents can delete local data in the Parent Zone. Deleting the app also removes its local data.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. The app checks verified purchase information to provide access to purchased content. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles information under its own privacy policy.

Parent-initiated messages

Sending a support message or personalization inquiry is optional. Nothing in an inquiry draft is sent automatically. A parent reviews the message and chooses whether to send it through Mail or another selected app. When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond. Please do not include children’s full names, dates of birth, addresses, or photos in an initial inquiry.

Messages are handled through the selected email service, which has its own privacy terms. Contact us at the address above to request deletion of correspondence; any retention required by law may still apply.
